SUCCESSFUL CONSERVATION LIES IN WHO IS BY OUR SIDE
Conservation education outreach is the key to biodiversity conservation efforts, scientific research programs, monitoring wildlife and ecosystem dynamics, and local community sustainability projects. We believe that conservation education outreach ranges a span of small, simple gestures to large programs. Whether it entails making jaguar masks with kids in schools, bringing curricula for teachers to use in small rural classrooms, and/or giving presentations in wildlife conservation conferences. Environmental education is essential to any and all types of conservation sustainability programs. Through these programs, we aim to "build bridges" between small rural schools and national and international organizations of conservation advocates in Costa Rica and the U.S. - all towards protecting and preserving tropical rainforests and their wild and human inhabitants - for sustainable living for All! |
Successful biodiversity conservation on both a local and a global scale lies in our partnerships. Jaguar Bridges believes that only through partnerships can we "build bridges" for: protecting jaguar, wildlife and natural ecosystems, providing forest and aquatic resources to local communities, conducting effective conservation education, and building community sustainability.
We partner with U.S. and Costa Rican organizations for tropical conservation, wildlife research, and community development. A growing list of our partners past and present includes:
